Global Business Development Manager

Precision Pressing Manufacturers (PPM) is seeking an ambitious and dynamic Global Business Development professional to join our technology-driven team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our international footprint within the electric motor, automotive, and advanced motion systems industries.
Key responsibilities include:
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with international OEMs and technology companies.
• Managing the end-to-end business lifecycle from initial customer enquiries and RFQs through to commercialisation.
• Engaging actively with clients across Europe, North America, and Asia.
• Keeping pace with cutting-edge manufacturing technologies, including Slinky stators and Axial Flux motor components.
• Taking ownership of business opportunities and contributing to strategic growth within a global market.
Requirements
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively. Commercial curiosity and a proactive, results-oriented mindset. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or International Management is preferred. Experience in industrial B2B sales, automotive components, or engineering sectors is desirable. Prior international exposure or overseas education is considered a significant advantage. Demonstrated ability to learn rapidly and take full ownership of projects.
